Interesting idea this manifesto, glad you do the pdf version I have to say as I can’t watch videos as you know.
Some great ideas tips and comments made on the blog too. Thanks to all for commenting with them. :o)

Kevin,
You and your PCL program has already made me feel as though I were a success.
This manifesto is the icing on the cake.
I pledge to remove all the subscriptions and focus on your instruction. I will even learn more techie stuff. Something that is still driving me nuts. But the website is uploaded. The Paypal is finished and so is the aweber. Now I need to advertise. I will
promise you to do my very best to be the very best infoproduct person I can be.
No more twitter.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I will succeed! I will be free! I will commit. Let’s go for it!
Thank you kindly,
Barbara
What is the best way for me to learn the techinal things to make working on the internet easier?
How can I write better newsletters?
Which is the best way to advertise?
How can I get more traffic to my new website?
Thank you,
Barbara
Kevin
Since I am single and independant at present I don’t have to worry about a ’significant other’ giving me grief about online business dreams and schemes and my daughter is onboard since she does my graphics and is therefore involved already. I know she worries though that it can’t go on indefinitely without some sort of funding.
Actually, it’s my 14-year old granddaughter that I have to convince - she’s the ’show me the money’ sceptic in the family. Every time she visits, she asks “how’s the business going, Gran? - made any money yet?” I swear, teenagers get cheekier with every generation LOL.
That part done, I’m keeping busy working on ideas for my product line and finishing the traffic generation workshop while I wait for the nuts and bolts section of Manifesto to get going - but karma first, huh? Oh, dear…
Diana
Kevin, I have to wholeheartedly agree with you about getting your family and friends onboard.
Getting my significant other to join me wasn’t easy in the 1st place as she was technically challenged. However, with slow and step-by-step tutorials I set for her, she’s now doing all graphic editing for us using The Gimp for our local ecommerce business plus merchandising etc. What great fun to double team!
What we are aiming at now is automatic income like what you’ve mentioned as we currently slog day and night doing ecommerce. While it has allowed us to quit our jobs and though we enjoy doing it, we had little time to enjoy long breaks like we used to in the past.
Partial freedom achieved. Here’s towards TOTAL FREEDOM.
Cheers
Fendi
Kevn,
At the time you gave the directive on cleaning my inbox was a big task. At
the time I had close to 900 messages, some
not even being read, just sitting there.
I was thinking of how to empty most of them
without reading all of them. I did get it
emptied finally. It took close to 3 days
to get through them all. I would sign up for
the free items they offered.
Today I cleaned it all up and starting from scratch with those that pertain to my projects
I’m working on. Information on setting up websites, photography newsletter, how to do wordpress and blogging projects on how to make money with them.
I find the family support is the hardest one to overcome. The time has come to prove it can and will be done, supporting myself, and
helping with my mom’s future also. My goal is to have multiple income streams to make sure
I have plenty of sources for good cash flow and provide for todays income and future retirement years.
Thanks,
JoAnn
Hi, Kevin,
Another interesting episode and one which, even though my wife and I live over 1,000 miles apart, did resonate with me since she has never questioned my course of action.
I am in a very singular situation in that I have a product addressing a concern that I feel internet marketers ignore in their quest for big bucks and the use of mumbo jumbo, rattling gourds and shaking bones. It is a subject about which I am quite passionate because I hate to see the sort of drivel that is addressed to the particular market my product attempts to protect.
EVEN WORSE - nobody who has tried my product has failed to make money ($500 being the minimum in the first week) and yet I am seeing these people stop doing what I teach because it isn’t strictly internet marketing. I don’t understand this attitude nor do I understand the IM philosophy (and advice I have been given) that says I should give away a product that shows how to generate immediate cash in hand while also creating immediate and verifiable cash savings for the client.
I know that there is long term potential with my product but there seems to be a massive degree of brain washing taking place in the world of IM that is designed to prevent the independent promotion of ideas by people such as I who have no list.
Speaking to others who have ideas that they feel should make a good solid business, I get the same concerns about the current direction that IM seems to be going in and it is exciting to see that you haven’t even acknowledged the situation which tells me you are easing your followers into what I sense is going to be a mind blowing dose of common sense.
I do appreciate this latest installment. As far as family reaction to my internet attempts, I think part of my feeling that they are not supportive comes from within me. I would feel much better if I had something tangible to show for what I am doing. Well I am not really doing IM right now. I have a DVD about a building material I am developing and building a house with. I sell a few DVDs on the internet but that is a small thing. So I have no blatant opposition as some may have with a spouse breathing down their neck and children to clothe and feed. Your suggestions about involving the family are excellent. My 85 year old mother so wants to help me but there is really nothing she can do so this week when I am having a workshop she is making the coffee in the morning and is so excited.
I’m sure many in this group are like me. I can’t wait to see what Kevin has next. I am finding this extremely encouraging. I have received the Product Creation Lab course but have not had time yet to get into it because of getting ready for this workshop I am having. Looking forward to getting into that Lab is like having a vacation right around the corner. It is my reward for doing the workshop to support my learning to make money online.
Bring on the good Karma and the Nuts and Bolts. I am ready.
